Attend local and national conferences of organizations such as the National Science Teachers Association, American Association of Physics Teachers, and American Chemical Society.

Engage in professional aspects of teaching through participation in Journal Clubs, paid scholarly work in education research projects, informal science education internships, and curriculum development.

Enjoy early clinical experiences by participating in CSU’s Science Van Program, which provides professional development and support to inservice teachers in Chicago Area Schools.
