Who can participate in Summer Bridge?

Summer Bridge is for incoming Chicago State University students. Priority is given to students in the SuccessU Program.*

When is Summer Bridge?

Summer Bridge is July 1, 2020, through August 3, 2020.

How can I register?

Students must contact the Office of Academic Support for information about registration.

Do I have to take the placement exams?

Yes, all students must take a placement exam in Math and English.

What are the attendance requirements?

Students must attend all classes. Students who miss more than two classes may be dropped.  There are no refunds.

Am I able to work while I am in the Summer Bridge Program?

Summer Bridge includes a very strict and busy schedule. It will be difficult to work during this period.

Is there a fee associated with Summer Bridge?

Yes.

How do I pay my fee?

Students can pay their fee by coming to the Cashier in the Cook Administration Building Room 213 or by calling 773.995.2029. Student must provide a copy of their receipt.
