Fall 2021 Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must have a credit account balance posted on your student account.  

In order to provide more flexible options for receiving refunds, Chicago State University has partnered with BankMoblie Disbursements to deliver financial aid and other school refunds to CSU students beginning on 9/11/2021

• The initial Fall 2021 financial aid refund is September 10, 2021 (Students must have a credit balance by September 7, 2021, to be eligible for a refund on this date)
• Other school refunds to CSU students begin on 8/12/2021 starting with the Book Voucher process through 8/20/2021.

All students will be asked to select a refund delivery preference. Here's what you need to do:

1. Login to your student portal - cougarconnect.csu.edu
2. Once logged in, click the "My Info" tab.
3. Click "Pay or View MyBill/eRefunds" link,
4. Choose the "eRefunds" tab.
5. Select the "Continue to BankMobile" button to make your refund preference selection.

REFUND DATE is the date funds will be sent to your selected refund preference with BankMobile. For information on timing, visit here. 

Picking up your refund check is not an option.
